Appealing to a discerning audience
McCann Homes created an exclusive lakeside development at Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes.
ESK won the contract because of their guaranteed, high-quality workmanship, as some of the houses where on the market for almost half a million pounds.
ESK decorated the houses as they were built. This 12 month development project included:
- seven, four-bedroom town houses
- eight semidetached homes; six had three storeys
- 77 luxury apartments
The quality and cleanliness of finish was vital to enable McCanns to produce accommodation designed to appeal to a discerning audience. Varnished wood had to be smooth and spotless, with perfectly clean lines where it met painted walls. All decorations had to be flawless to enhance the thoughtfully designed, contemporary kitchens, bathroom suites and vanity units, with Porcelanosa tiling.
