Our Commercial Division undertakes decorating contracts for new and refurbished premises across a wide spectrum of organisations. On the larger projects (click here to see recent example), a very flexible approach is required in order to meet exacting deadlines. Skill, technical expertise, professionalism, problem-solving ability and dedication, recently contributed to the Painters and Decorators Association's decision to award ESK the 'Very Highly Commended' title in the commercial category of the National Premier Trophy Awards Competition 2006. We are a major contractor to the building industry, but also work directly with smaller building firms. We are Local Authority and Government approved suppliers, with many of our employees having full security clearance to undertake Government contracts. Our record of successfully handling our commercial clients has given us repeat business from both the public and private sector. Many contracts are carried out for Major Contracts Group (MCG) members.

In conjunction with our suppliers and manufacturers, we can supply a detailed, written specification, tailor-made to your exact requirements. We offer the application of standard trade paints, but also have access to an independent product advisor who can source any type of finish, including environmentally friendly 'eco' products. • Commercial spraying projects - including airless, conventional and HVLP spraying
• Single and twin-pack paint systems - for flooring, cladding or structural applications
• Biosan Hygiene Coatings (ESK are approved applicators) - for hospitals, research laboratories, food preparation areas, etc
• Wide width wall-covering, multi-fleck finishes and anti-graffiti coatings

To ensure that high standards are consistently met, our decorators undergo a continuous programme of training and skills development, with the majority already qualified under the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme. (click here)
