Guinness Midsummer, a member of The Guinness Partnership, builds and provides affordable housing in Milton Keynes and the South East. It plays a vital role in one of the UK’s fastest-growing cities and relies on ESK for a planned maintenance redecoration programme which has:

• produced a guaranteed, long-lasting, protective finish on housing stock.

Over a ten-year, fixed-cost, rolling programme, ESK is providing planned maintenance to redecorate more than 5,000 units. Working in conjunction with paint manufacturer Jotun and maintenance contractors Connaught, ESK delivers a high quality redecorating service which protects stock and has extended the period between redecoration works from five to eight years.
