National awards

Very Highly Commended by the Painters and Decorators Association in the 2006 Premier Trophy Awards for refurbishing a training and conference centre.
Highly Commended by the Painters and Decorators Association in the 2007 Premier Trophy Awards for a 130-bedroom nursing home

Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) - most employees
CSCS Registered Site Supervisors - all managers and foremen
International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) licensing - most employees
Mobile Tower Erection Certification - most employees
First aid (IPAF, Safe-Tec and CSCS) - all employees
Key team members are 'Appointed Persons for First Aid' in accordance with Health and Safety Commission and Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) guidelines
Bedford College NVQ apprenticeships for trainees
Painting and Decorating Association
Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) - company wide
SAFEcontractor accredited - company wide
Constructionline (UK register of pre-qualified construction services)
MoD security clearance - employees who work on government contracts and prisons
A range of manufacturers- product-specific accreditations

Those employees who have not yet gained IPAF, Mobile Tower Erection and CSCS accreditations are trainees who are working towards these qualifications.
