Industrial Units
We were engaged by a private landlord to carry out the refurbishment of 3 industrial units in Leighton Buzzard. The units were in a dilapidated condition and the client required a specification that would bring the units ‘back to life’ and give at least 6 years protection. Dulux Weathershield products were specified and applied over a 4 week period. The cladding and woodwork were stripped back and then Industrial Complete thoroughly degreased and jet washed; this was then followed by the applIndustrial Startication of the Weathershield paint system.
Warehouses
Our team of expert decorators are highly experienced and qualified in adhering to specifications and programmes. We guarantee the durability of the repairs on a wide range of structures ranging from wartime wooden huts through to large commercial warehouses.
Factory Buildings
We have recently completed our 3rd cylindrical re-decoration at Auckland Park, Bond Avenue, Milton Keynes. We were originally contacted by the management company of the estate back in 2003 , with a return contract visit again in 2008 to carry out the cleaning, general repairs and full re-decoration of the 4 buildings. For our 3rd visit, following preparation and repairs a suitable ‘corrosion-resistant’ paint system was applied to give at least 5 years full protection against the elements, this gave the management team of the estate piece of mind knowing that the fabric of their buildings would be fully protected. Using our fully trained IPAF trained decorators we were able to use large mobile platforms to access the most challenge parts of the building. This enabled us to keep the costs of the contract within budget for the management company as we were able to avoid the need of using costly scaffolding. The contract was completed over the summer months in 8 weeks.
Steelworks
We were commisioned by AOC Interiors Ltd to undertake refurbishment and decorations to an industrial unit in Luton. The works comprised of minor demolition and refurbishment works, Palisade fencing and gates, mechanical cleaning and painting of the warehouse floor, industrial cleaning internally and externally and of course the decorations. We had a time scale of approx 7 weeks to complete the works. A number of trades were involved in this project namely scaffolders, builders, carpenters, cleaners and last but not least our experienced team of decorators. Our supervisor Mark, organised and managed the various trades superbly ensuring that the project completed on time.
ESK were very helpful on giving guidance on the best way to enhance the building’s appearance. They were extremely good at keeping us informed on how work was progressing and what was happening on site, given the appalling weather conditions. An excellent standard of works was achieved with minimal disruption to a very busy site.”
