This was a six month project in 2 phases to decorate the existing powder coated windows, internally and externally, along with newly constructed office and associated areas on 2 floors. This incorporated the application of wide vinyl wall coverings from Murapsec along with standard decorative materials.

Due to the type of surface that required Decorations to the windows involved working to a specification from Brewers protective coatings.

Externally, this required the use of a hydraulic lift to gain access to the windows, which were then degreased. 2 coats of twin pack polyurethane paint were applied by hand. This product was chosen as it has excellent UV resistance and would result in a longer period before maintenance is required.

Internally the windows were coated with a single pack acrylic primer, followed by 2 coats of single pack polyurethane finish. Due to the fact that weathering was not an issue this quick drying low odour system was specified.

The internal office and stairwells walls were decorated with 6000m2 Muraspec wide vinyl wall covering, hung over 2 visits of 2 weeks.

The contract was completed on time, to a high standard.
