Esk quoted and won the contract for this project based on their proposal to complete the works in the required time scale and on their discussions on the quality of work and materials proposed.

The contract included both internal and external refurbishment of the school and required completion within the five-week summer vacation. In addition the school was running various holiday clubs and liaisons with the client to work in a phased manner around these activities was discussed.

Externally, Sadolin Super Dec a product with quick drying, low odour flexible properties was applied this is an ideal product for exposure to the elements, hard wearing, flexible and long lasting.

Internally, Dulux Trade Products were used with suitable colours for the purpose of the building.

All works were carried out by fully trained ESK operatives to a high standard and within the required time scale.
