ESK undertook this large project that was carried out over a three-month period.

Because the premises are a primary school, meetings with the client involved discussions on the specification to use many bright colours, which were specially chosen and co-ordinated to suit the purpose of the building.

The client was advised to change the specification for the wall paint to Dulux Diamond Matt as ESK felt that this would be a more suitable product for the environment and were very impressed with the choice of product and with how easy it was to clean and maintain. Dulux Aquatec was applied to the woodwork, which has a low odour, is quick drying, water based and hard wearing. To the steel works within the sports hall Epoxy paint, an extremely hardwearing product, was used.

Access to high areas, especially evident in the sports hall, was gained with the use of hydraulic platforms operated by trained ESK personnel.

Over twenty ESK operatives worked on this project, including many evenings and weekends to complete the project on time.
