The refurbishment of three warehouses and assosiated offices owned by Tesco Print was undertaken by ESK.

Close liaisons between contractor and client gave minimal disruption to works while decorations were underway.

Preparation to remove wood chip paper by use of steam strippers gave a clear surface for lining paper followed by an emulsion topcoat. Surface coating to the warehouse walls had failed. Once prepared they were decorated with two coats of Dulux Vinyl Matt finish.

The floors were in various conditions and shot blasting was used to prepare the surface. Any irregularities or defects were then repaired using an epoxy mortar system. When dry, a thin sealer coat of twin pack floor paint was applied and allowed to fully dry. This was then followed by a further two full coats of floor paint.
