School Buildings

We were contracted to carry out the re-decoration of the main corridors and circulation areas throughout Waterhall School in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. We also replaced the mastic to all the pre-finished skirtings and around the sinks in 9 of the classrooms. The walls were decorated using Dulux Diamond Eggshell. This is a tough durable, mid sheen finish which is stain resistant and 10 times tougher than vinyl silk. It was an ideal product to use due to the high volume of traffic throughout the school. The contract was completed in 2 weeks.

Historical Buildings

ESK was awarded the contract for the complete repair and repainting of Bletchley Park’s mansion, one of the original buildings which dates back hundreds of years. It had not been redecorated for more than 30 years so ESK removed all unsound paintwork and carried out numerous timber repairs which will protect it for another 12 years.

Hospital Buildings

A fresh lick of paint has brightened up more than 90 consulation rooms and 7 waiting areas improving the experience of patients visiting the Outpatient Department at Milton Keynes Hospital. The extensive redecoration of the outpatient’s clinical areas has included the repainting of 93 consulting rooms and offices, 7 reception and waiting areas, 12 corridors, 2 stairwells, 6 cupboard spaces and 11 toilets. All clinics remained opened whilst the work was carried out so patients were able to continue to receive clinical advice and treatment throughout. Milton Keynes Hospital
