Residential Homes
McCann Homes created an exclusive lakeside development at Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes. We won the contract because of our guaranteed, high-quality workmanship, as some of the houses where on the market for almost half a million pounds. Our team decorated the houses as they were built. This 12 month development project included: seven, four-bedroom town houses eight semidetached homes; six had three storeys and 77 luxury apartments. The quality and cleanliness of finish was vital to enable McCanns to produce accommodation designed to appeal to a discerning audience. Varnished wood had to be smooth and spotless, with perfectly clean lines where it met painted walls. All decorations had to be flawless to enhance the thoughtfully designed, contemporary kitchens, bathroom suites and vanity units, with Porcelanosa tiling.

The company bought a house in the prestigious area of Campbell Park, near its office in central Milton Keynes, to accommodate members of its busy workforce. This house had to exceed employee expectations in providing a comfortable and luxurious place to live. Our project manager took care of all aspects of upgrading the interior, exterior and garden area of the house. This included stripping the interior and unwanted garden furnishing, swift disposal and complete refurbishment.
I was approached by a tenant of Kings Close who wished me to compliment the hard work the decorators were doing and how polite, friendly and helpful they have all been during the works.
