Milton Keynes General Hospital – Outpatient Department

A fresh lick of paint has brightened up more than 90 consulation rooms and 7 waiting areas improving the experience of patients visiting the Outpatient Department at Milton Keynes Hospital.

The extensive redecoration of the outpatient’s clinical areas has included the repainting of 93 consulting rooms and offices, 7 reception and waiting areas, 12 corridors, 2 stairwells, 6 cupboard spaces and 11 toilets.

All clinics remained opened whilst the work was carried out so patients were able to continue to receive clinical advice and treatment throughout.

Outpatient Healthcare Assistant Sara Stone said ” They’ve done a brilliant job. Its made a much nicer working environment for staff and a more pleasant place for patients to visit”
